The 200C/200T315C/315T/400C/400T is a chucker & CNC lathe. Ideally suited for job shops and ancillaries to produce automobile components, bearing races, gear blanks, textile components and many more in medium and large batches. The elements like ball screws, bearings, state of the art CNC Systems, drives and coupling have been chosen from world renowned manufacturers.
  Products Highlights 

  • A2-6 Spindle with 90-mm dia & 100 dia (200T & 250T) supported by angular contact bearings for high speed for high speed and rigidity. 

  • A2-8-A2-11 Spindle with 120mm dia, 160mm dia for 315T & 4001 respectively supported by angular contact bearings for better accuracy.

  • Radiator fins are provided all around the head stock body for better cooling and thermal stability.

  • X-axis slide is inclined at 30" to the horizontal for easy flow of swarf and better vision.

  • X and Z-axes with hardened and grouped steel guide ways for longer life. Female guideways coated with Turcite to ensure minimum friction and stick slip free motion.

  • PRELOADED X and Z axes ball screw (C3 Class) coupled directly to Ac Servo for better accuracy and less maintenance.

  • Continuous lubrication for ball screw    end support bearings for longer life.

  • Higher rapid traverses X-axis 20 Mts/min and Z axes 20 Mts/min.
  • 8-station electromechanical Bi-directional  Tool Turret.
  • Tailstock with Hydraulically operated quill.
